An Oregon native, it was Todd’s life in Europe that opened his eyes to biking as more than a speed sport for thrill seekers in lycra. Todd’s desire to make biking accessible to all spawned his Portland sightseeing company, Pedal Bike Tours, as well as his book “Pedal Portland: 25 Easy Rides To Explore The City” (Timber Press). With a business motto that “no spandex is required,” Pedal aims to get people of all ages and fitness levels out to explore the most bike friendly large city in America. Pedal was awarded the 2016 Portland Award by Travel Portland for overall contribution to the promotion of Portland and Oregon’s visitor industry.

An outdoorsy Portland native, Scot is an avid hiker, camper, and biker. In addition to his two jobs, he stays busy with trips to the forest, time spent with his fiance, and school work. Scot’s knowledge of Portland is vast. He worked for a long time on the Portland Visitors Walking Map, so he knows the hot spots around town. He is also passionate about the city and its history. Altogether he’s an awesome member of our team and a great ambassador for PDX.
