VAN TOURS

Even though we run our bicycle tours year round, we know Fall and Winter cycling is not for everyone.

Now we have sightseeing tours for everyone! Join us on any of our van-based tours, and experience what our pedaling guests see other seasons. And we will give you a discount to come back in the Spring or Summer and explore take a bike tour.

All of our van tours have a special touch. Whether riding in the van through fantastic scenery, hiking to high volume waterfalls or snowshoeing in the Cascades mountains you will get to see how beautiful Oregon is during our "damp" months.

Most van tours run 5-7 hours long depending on distance covered.

OREGON COAST HIKE & SHOP	COAST 3 CAPES SCENIC LOOP
Cannon Beach, due West of Portland, is Portlanders' playground. In addition to great food, drinks and shopping there is also natural beauty. We will visit Indian Beach where we'll see surfers then hike through the Ecola Park forest for great views of the Oregon coastline. Refreshments before we head back to Portland.	We leave the busy highway 101 and climb the Three Capes Scenic Loop with views overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the rugged Oregon beaches. There are several short and inspiring hikes including the vintage 1890s lighthouse at Cape Meares.
PORTLAND PARKS HIKE	PORTLAND BREWERY PUBS
Portland is a city of parks. Let us show you our world-class Japanese and Chinese gardens plus the vast Forest Park, the Rose Garden and maybe the Hoyt Arboretum. All short, easy walks.	Our van will take us to the best brew pubs Portland has to offer. Famous & lesser known. Widmer, Bridgeport, Deschutes, Amnesia…we will sample them all!
OREGON WINE COUNTRY	COLUMBIA GORGE
Wine country is special during the dormant time, but many tasting rooms are open and the views delightful.	Explore the old gorge highway and see the mighty Columbia River. The waterfalls are 4x as large as in summer and we can hike up to most of them.
MOUNT ST. HELENS	MT. HOOD SNOW DAY
The drive up to the three visitors centers is spectacular. From the visitor centers we can take short trail hikes to see the volcano from various view points.	We'll take a 45 minute drive up to the classic Timberline Lodge where we will snowshoe the majestic slopes, have hot coffee and cocco before heading back into Portland. Ask for the "all downhill" option if you don't want a big workout.
