What is your cancellation policy?

If you give us 24 hours advance notice, we will cancel your reservations and provide a full refund.

What happens if it rains?

Our guides are happy to ride rain or shine, we love the rain! However if you don’t want to ride in the rain, don’t worry. If it is raining within one hour before the tour and you would like to cancel, we can offer a full refund. If it begins raining during the tour and the group chooses to return to the shop, we can offer a refund depending on how long you were out. Remember, we have rain gear for you!
